Garments for the living stage.
Clothes as characters in the theatre of daily life.

  • Handcrafted, one-of-a-kind theatrical pieces.

  • Made from renewed and gifted textiles.

  • Transforming fabric legacies into new narratives.

My vision is to treat everyday life as performance, where each garment becomes a character, reflecting self-discovery and the person we are becoming.

The story

Martina Buti’s project began with cherished fabrics — textiles gifted by family and friends, each carrying memory, legacy, and intimacy. Rather than storing them away, she transforms them into garments that continue the story, reshaping personal histories into wearable narratives.

Her fine arts background sharpened her fascination with costume: how a piece of clothing can instantly define a character, tell their story, and shape identity before they even speak. In this spirit, Martina treats each garment as a role on the living stage of daily life.

Every creation is theatrical yet personal, sculpted from renewed materials and designed to express transformation. The wearer steps into a piece that holds memory but also possibility, a costume for who they are becoming.

The result: garments that merge heritage and self-expression, turning private stories into public performances of identity.
